How to Set a Password for Your Agent Account

If you prefer to log in with a password instead of receiving a one-time code every time, you can easily set a permanent password for your account. Here is how:

Step 1: Initiate Login

Go to the Agent Portal login page. Enter your Phone Number or Email Address associated with your account and click Continue.

• Note: A PIN code will be immediately sent to the phone or email you entered.

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

Check your text messages or email inbox for the 6-digit code. Enter the code into the verification field and click Continue.

Step 3: Create Your Password

You will be prompted to set a password.

• Enter your desired password in the field.

• Requirement: The password must be at least 8 characters in length.

Step 4: Confirm

Click the Confirm button.

Success! Your password is now set. You can use this password to log in quickly the next time you access the portal.
